Celebrate Black History Month with Aurora Fox-Cultural Concerts on Colfax, the metro area’s largest and longest-running multi-cultural, multi-collaborative cultural concert series featuring Cleo Parker Robinson Dance. Cleo Parker Dance was founded by Cleo Parker Robinson the artistic director and choreographer over 50 years ago. The professional dance Ensemble, Youth Ensemble, School of Dance, International Summer Dance Institute, and 300 seat theater, have been the recipients of numerous awards and honors worldwide. This particular virtual concert will showcase the music, dance and songs that exemplify the spirit of Black History Month.
The Colorado Folk Arts Council in conjunction with the Aurora Fox Theater, Chicano Humanities Arts Council and Metropolitan State University of Denver Chicana/o Studies Journey Through Our Heritage are proud partners on this series.
